That looks like the "Heph" tag. Same dude stenciled his tag on the sidewalk in front my apartment. You took that picture in the Mission! Didn't you?!?
Heph or Meph - I wasn't sure. But it was in the increasingly turbulent and urban neighborhood of Glen Park. Near a bus stop - I think H/Meph rides the same bus as me. Don't get me started on the buses.
