The essay I had published on CounterPunch has been translated and republished in Spanish on Rebelion.org. I also found it (in English) on this website with nutty comments like this one:

Whenever I see comments like this, I try to use it as a reminder to myself: Do not pre-judge. Just as quickly as this guy labeled you a socialist, I've labeled others as "right wing" or something like that.

More or less yes. But I find it funny that all someone had to read was raise the minimum wage and the jump is to socialist. By this measure Franklin Roosevelt must have been the biggest commie ever.
Sometimes I like to label folks, but in this case it was a reaction to people using words like "idiot."
